As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects of varying complexity.
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are achieved within scope, budget, and schedule.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant IT project management experience and will play a pivotal role in our continued success.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure projects stay on track.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular project status updates.
Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations.
Maintain project documentation, create regular status reports, and ensure project records are up-to-date.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring they are properly documented and approved.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers as needed for project success.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT project management.
PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Knowledge of IT best practices and industry standards.
Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and requirements.
